Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

At The VEDYA, we dispatch all orders using courier services from our warehouse located in Delhi.Our order shipments occur from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, with a dispatch window from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Please note that certain courier partners may require an OTP authentication for delivery completion. You must furnish this code to the delivery partner during the delivery process. The OTP will be sent to the phone number you provided during the purchase.

Once the delivery is completed, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur thereafter .

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it by reaching us or write to us.

We will provide replacements in the following circumstances:

  1. Genuine defect or damage in the product received
  2. In case wrong item has been shipped to you
  3. Package damaged in transit
And we have no refund policy; we will not issue a refund once a product is delivered and the maximum damage/loss claimed can be up to Rs 2,000/- for any damaged delivery.
