"The Marks, including the name, logo, product names, design marks, and slogans of “The Vedya”, as well as others on this site, are the property of “The Vedya”. No usage license is granted for any marks in connection with site materials. Accessing this site doesn't authorize their use.

The displayed Marks, whether registered or not, whether owned by The Vedya or others, are intellectual property owned by respective owners. The Vedya and its suppliers maintain intellectual property rights in site text, programs, technology, content, software, and materials.

Site content, compilation included, is exclusively The Vedya's property, protected by Indian laws. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, republish, download, post, transmit, distribute, or modify materials here, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Downloading doesn't transfer any rights. All materials, like images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, and more (the "Contents"), are for personal, non-commercial use. You can download Contents for personal use only. Other uses, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or performance, are strictly prohibited.

“THE VEDYA's” Ayurvedic healthcare products are derived from plant-based, natural, and Ayurvedic formulations. While extensive efforts and precautions are taken to ensure product safety, it is possible that certain ingredients may trigger allergic reactions in specific individuals or negatively affect those with pre-existing medical conditions. Familiarize yourself with the ingredients and usage instructions provided with each of our products to determine their safety for your use. It is your sole responsibility to take necessary precautions and seek professional medical or dermatological advice if you have allergies to any of our personal care products. You agree that THE VEDYA will not be held responsible or liable for any product-related issues, including allergic reactions, arising from the use of our products. Submissions: Suggestions & Feedbacks

However, any information, feedback, suggestions, or ideas ("Submissions") you provide us will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential. “THE VEDYA” reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including content, availability hours, and access requirements, at any time. We are not responsible for any loss or damage related to your ability to access or use the Site.

You acknowledge that, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we shall not be liable, under any circumstances (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), for:

(a) Business interruptions;

(b) Access delays or interruptions to the site;

(c) Data non-delivery, destruction, or other alterations;

(d) Loss or damages resulting from interactions with off-site links on the website;

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THE VEDYA, along with its employees, directors, officers, agents, successors, assigns, holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and licensors. This indemnification covers all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees. It is applicable to claims arising from your actions or inactions, which could lead to loss or liability for THE VEDYA or any third party. These claims encompass breaches of warranties, representations, undertakings, or any failure to fulfill your obligations under the Terms of Use. Furthermore, it includes violations of applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claims of libel, defamation, violation of privacy or publicity rights, loss of service by other subscribers, and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This indemnification also extends to situations resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any actions that unreasonably burden or overload our infrastructure. This clause remains in effect even after the expiration or termination of the Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use and Policies will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms will exclusively take place in the courts of Delhi.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, any disputes arising from your use of THE VEDYA website will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by THE VEDYA team, as per the relevant legal provisions. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on all parties and can be enforced as a judgment in any competent court.

If arbitration is not allowed by applicable law, any disputes related to your use of the website will be resolved in an appropriate court or judicial body in India, as applicable. This is without prejudice to other applicable legal provisions and our right to seek injunctive or other relief in any court if you violate or threaten to violate our intellectual property rights. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Entire Agreement:

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions form the comprehensive and exclusive agreement between us regarding your website use. They replace and govern all previous proposals, agreements, or other communications.

We maintain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime by posting the changes on the website and providing notice of such amendments. These changes become effective immediately when posted on the Site and when notice of such changes is given.
